S: i spent my birthday organizing and repotting a bunch of my plants. i propped some cuttings of my amphioxus too. i gifted away my monstera albo a while ago and today i got a thai con legacy as a present... probably the most crazy expensive thing i ever got, i love her so much 😭

i settled for a single leg because i don't want to honor his dud leg and also polish look like bowling pins when standing up. he blows the trumpet because irl he sounded like a broken trumpet.

she's progressing btw, her legs are no longer limp noodles and can push/pull. sadly she still folds into hot potato fast and i wish her favorite hobby ever wasn't flapping, flapping a LOT.

S: i love that MHwilds is literally unplayable with crossplay on and the only few fixes are "go into your router settings" - bold of capcom to assume everyone's internet contract didn't come with fully locked down routers

S: i kinda need to concern myself with some game rules now because i implemented a loose drag inventory on top of the card system but maybe i'll make it OOPS ALL CARDS. i didn't commit to it last year because i thought writing a deck would be too tedious, but now it's set up.

deck/ui position is not final but i had to cram it SOMEWHERE. next is making quests actually work :-)

this is my last addition of today. display last 5 cards on deck, show excess and remove last in deck... you'll never see the cards (this will be cardbacks) so it's allowed to not be hyper specific about arr positioning.. or i might shuffle it like a total asshole. i actually can go wild with that.

S: since i took my fittonias out of my terrarium and had to adjust them to room air i know they are dramatic but damn, the polka dot plant takes the cake man

the fittonias go floppy and soft when thirsty fast, but the polka dots insta-shrivel like they took 1 day of no water personally. i kinda skimped on them because their store soil is a bit peat-y and i am cautious, but i guess they love being soggy huh

S: exploration doodles, father and son or something. illit's mother was mortal so he's not very impressive. he's a changeling (hess born from blood, not of stars and ink).
