our fix: every skill declares its docs dependencies plus a sources_reviewed timestamp, stored at the top as an html comment. then CI runs on any pr that touches docs or skills.

if a dependency doc was changed more recently than the skill’s sources_reviewed, CI fails and tells you exactly which skill to review and what timestamp to set.

first: we added a github action that syncs our monorepo’s skills directory into the dedicated flowglad/skills repo on every push to main (only when skills/** changes).

that solved “did we push the latest files?” but not “are the instructions still true?” skills are docs. docs drift is what drags humans back into the loop.

install is one command: npx skills add flowglad/skills via @vercel's skills. sh. the catch: the skills are based on our docs, but live in a separate github repo.

a separate repo extra tedious to keep up to date: change the product in the monorepo, then remember to copy it over. worse, it breaks a monorepo's superpower of having full context in one place. here's how we fixed it

Resource Billing is live. Track seats, projects, storage - any resource with capacity limits. Real-time claims scoped to subscriptionId + resourceId. Claims survive subscription adjustments. Customers see progress bars showing exactly what they've used.

Better Auth plugin reworked. Automatic organization customer resolution from Better Auth sessions. New endpoints for external IDs, billing, pricing, usage meter balances. If you're using Better Auth, integration just got way easier.
