Beyond RFK being wrong on everything… it’s striking how his anti-Arab talking points are basically the same as his anti-autistic ones. Not sure what to take away from that, except he must really hate this guy:
RFK: "There's five hundred million Arabs in the world. And yet they don't produce science. They don't win the Nobel Prize. They don't win the Fields Prize. They don't win the Wolf Prize. They don't produce literature."
Everyone had diarrhea on the set of The Magnificent Seven.
We all know the "Viggo broke his toe" story but what's another movie fact you're personally compelled to bring up every time without prompting? For me, it's the fact that Robin Tunney is wearing a wig in The Craft because of having just shaved her head to save her job filming Empire Records.
RIP Nona, the nonagenarian who was always scolding us in extensive and expressive Italian and whose soul could only be soothed by singing Happy Birthday.
I know the stereotype is that awful people dump their parents in a home and never visit again, but at least in my experience, it's more like you visit and get to know and develop emotional attachments to a whole ward of people and their families. (And you're often mourning people.)
I'm so sad about Bugsy, the surprisingly personable pelican who used to hang out next to a window overlooking the habitat and interact with anyone who would pay attention to him through the glass.
And now everyone's doing similar looking GRWM videos sponsored by a skincare company.
Has anyone else noticed that the content coming out of Paris Hilton's ADHD creator summit is awfully uniform? Do you think there was a template for what she wanted people to produce, or is this a symptom of ND instagram/tiktok content groupthink?

If you've never tried a log roll as an adult and you're physically capable, I recommend finding some mats or soft ground and giving it a go. A fascinating and humbling experience.
I don't understand how smug people get when they point out that Mizuki gets a boost in the Whirling Candy. Do they not realize how much core strength and control you need to rotate your body that quickly and precisely? No one can help you with that part.

The new film Masc follows a biracial queer autistic man's self-exploration—& is "beautifully messy & complicated, in a way that autism has rarely been seen on screen." @fodderfigure.bsky.social talks with the Masc team about sharing stories onscreen, at TPGA: thinkingautismguide.com/2026/10/masc...
I interviewed the director and star of Masc for @thinkingautism.com:
I saw the world premiere of this tonight at TIFF and I'm pretty damned excited about the future of autistic art.
