FossilFace

Hello Bluesky! I'm Fossil! For the past couple of years, I've been designing creatures for a personal project of mine called Psychies: Bottled Emotions! In this thread I will introduce the world of the Psychies and how they work!

Finally finished this weirdo dragon that has been sitting in my "sketches" folder for months. Don't let the appearance fool you, I imagine this thing is somewhat pug sized and feels slippery like a dolphin.

Gamblit - Psychie of Thrill! Only realised after I made the last post that I forgot to reveal this one! #PsychiesArt #creaturedesign

Noticed I had a few more questions on my Strawpage yet to be answered so I wanted to get back into drawing some responses! My personal Psychie would probably be Dreadline, Psychie of Stress. It's a strong motivator sometimes to get things done but can quickly lead to burnout! #PsychiesArt

Here's the first mass attack I did in Art Fight. Here are some of the vict- other artists :3 ChinMoru 친친, Zagreus on Twitter, Voensi on Toyhouse, Benmon132 on Insta @spektacular.bsky.social @fliptrych.bsky.social @fossilface.bsky.social #pokemon #artfight

And most likely the last #artfight attack of the year - a piece of the character Kaleidos belonging to artfight user tigerfae! Loved rendering the hair on this one

Eighth and last attack of #artfight2026! This is a revenge for ~KouKuroi on artfight featuring their character, Akuma Bakken! I'm so grateful for all the attacks I've received and cool character's I've been able to draw this year, so here's hoping I can draw more next year!

Seventh attack of #artfight2026! This is a revenge for @azumaknight.bsky.social! Featuring their character, Rhino the Bashful Beetle! I thought the design was super cute and easy to animate so I thought I might as well get an animated attack out this year!

Looks like I still forgot some #artfight attacks; these lil guys were a revenge for artfight user serrangelic! I’m really happy with how the colors turned out on this one

Snappup the camera dog for @fossilface.bsky.social #artfight2026 #sharemyartfight

Sixth attack of #artfight2026! Revenge for @halftonetony.bsky.social featuring their characters Cam-Ron, Ton-E and Bon-net! Got pretty wrapped up with work so gonna try and get what I can done this week!

Fifth attack for #artfight2026 ! This is a revenge for ~barkovzz on ArtFight featuring their character, Bitsy!

Almost forgot to post my third #artfight attack. This one‘s the character cherub belonging to the user Thelucky33! The character description said something about this being a little devil telling you to drink another monster, so I put the lil guy on top of a can

Sliding in my Art Fight again, revenges are guaranteed if you have any animals and creatures! I was going to focus the last half of the month on revenges but.. I've only gotten one attack so far 💀 (besides revenges from my attacks) #ArtFight #ArtFight2026

My Commanders!!! I started playing last year but only started playing physical this year. These are the commanders I made physical decks of! Horde of Notions was my first but is still my favourite, using the Ashling The Limitless precon as a base. #MTG

Here's my third attack for @fossilface.bsky.social ! #Artfight #Artfight2026

Reminder that I do have a Strawpage where you send me questions to answer -> retroplasmm.straw.page You don't need to but if you do have questions about my OCs I will gladly answer them to my best abilities

Fourth attack of #artfight2026!!! This is a revenge for ~whoisarren on ArtFight featuring their character, Arren! I never thought I'd draw a rat moth person eating a Greggs pasty on a trail cam but here you go!

Third attack of #artfight2026! This is a revenge for ~2qu1dM1lk on artfight, featuring their character Inken/Fiddlesquid!

I like to imagine that their hang out spot would be at a mall, where they play around at an arcade for 2 hours and win nothing ______ [ #buniposting #originalart #art ]

Doing artfight again this year but only a little tiny bit so that I don't kill my hands artfight.net/~Vari

And here's the first #artfight revenge of the year! The character is "It crawls" by artfight user Baroness_of_Ash Definitely gonna keep future atttacks closer to this one time-investment wise rather than the previous one :')

First #artfight piece of the year! Character is Papavero by artfight user NIJI_ewe Wasn‘t super confident with this one at first but I really like how the armor turned out in the end

Second attack of #artfight2026! This is a revenge for @guest15.bsky.social, featuring their character Wrexor!

First attack of #artfight2026! This attack is for ~The_Amber_Gekko on Artfight featuring their character, Gekko!

Hello everyone! Trying to get back in the groove of drawing more, so I'll be taking part in Art Fight this year! So fight me if you dare! 😈I'll be drawing for the silly guys around the world on Team Comedy! #artfight2026

THE GREAT PIKAMALGAMATION! But seriously, this one was so fun to be a part of, so many incredible works! This is the Pikachu I made, but go support PokeEarth and all the other cool artists here too! :D Happy anniversary, Pokemon! #fanart #pokemon #collab

The ruthless tyrant's counterpart! Mega Aurorus Rock/Ice Its sails are charged with energy, shining even more beautifully than before. Its regal demeanour is elevated, and in combat it ignores its opponents as ice storms pummel them. #fakemon #pokemon #oc #ocsky #megaevolution #pokemonlegendsZA

Beatroot [Flora-type, Botanical-order] - It produces a "sweat" that coats its opponents in red stains. This sweat is used in dyes. They root themselves into the ground before springing out of it to fight foes they deem as worthy [ #datafighters #pokemon #fakemon #art #illustration ]

Shamato - Psychie of Shame #PsychiesArt #creaturedesign

Some more future Pokemon for a future region project [ #art #illustration #pokemon #fakemon ]

Mega Golisopod #PokemonLegendsZA ✏🦎

Posted the finished art page for these designs with yesterday's portfolio day post, but here's a closer look at Potted Golems! Originally I'd drawn it with pen while out of the house, and later decided I wanted to try and take the concept further. #art #creaturedesign #oc
