It's been a while since I've done a #WIPSnips.

Made it to 80,000 words in my first draft. The end is in sight!

Mead update: I added the finings yesterday and now it has to sit for a week before I transfer it to a new demijohn for conditioning. That takes 2 to 6 weeks, so I might end up breaking it out at Easter. It's been so easy it makes me think I better I could make an ok cider.

I am going to try to make mead tomorrow. Just for fun. But I am hesitant to post about it because I don't want my feed to be overrun with stuff about brewing and fermentation and people talking about scobys.
