Media literacy is such a shitshow now. Now people think I'm 'not letting them mourn' or I'm being 'insensitive.' That's not what I am saying at all. I just wanted all comments to be consolidated into ONE thread, not divided into many. People can't read properly.

I always get some pushback whenever I have to remind people of the rules. Yes, we are all sad of his passing, but we don't need 4+ posts talking about it. When it's a tiny subreddit where you'd get at most 5 posts a day, 4 similar posts one after the other IS spamming and obvious

Sometimes people who try to convince me they were not spamming (yes, asking about certain fanfics with the same topic repeatedly IS spamming), or they just insult me and tell me to shut up. Do they not know who they're speaking to? Where did they get their bad manners???

Apparently there are people who Follow people and expect a Follow back, and if they don't, they Unfollow the person. What? If I Follow someone, it's because I like the content they're posting. I don't expect to be Followed back, because they might not like my content.

That's perfectly fine. Maybe I love someone's art, but maybe they hate CG turtle boys. I don't Follow anyone fully expecting to be friends with them. Some people just don't want friends, or they're too busy.
