I've been a Title IX investigator for almost a year now and I've haven’t seen one case happen in the reverse. Not saying it's impossible, but it's clear where the issue lies.

My current case is very similar to the one at Cornell except it wasn't multiple people involved with the assault. Went and talked to my son about how consent cannot be given when the person is under the influence that same night after reading the case file.

That sexault assault at Cornell is a Title IX failure. That's my department with my employer. I see/investigate it all. TALK TO YOUR SONS.
