recorded a 1 hour video showing how i'm remastering demon's souls OG with tweaks to the pointlights as you can see below (now affects whole environment, not just objects), armor rendering upgrades, many new normal maps used, specular maps, and more. I'm so excited to work on it!

patch 1.02 for my Bloodborne PC Remaster just went live. fixes grass acting weirdly for the whole game. more new material work through central yharnam, cathedral ward, and old yharnam. bug fixes and small perf increases. www.nexusmods.com/bloodborne/m...

I'm upgrading DS2's base game closer to the visual standard of the DLCs. A lot of model editing, hundreds of new specular maps, it's pretty mindnumbing, but worth it. my patreon is 25% off for August if you want to support this work. finishing up DeS remaster too www.patreon.com/fromsoftserve

a lot of the work is opening the models in flver editor and staring at text like this. gotta edit the xml for almost every ID here while abiding by the syntax, then making countless new specular maps, packing them in DS2's texture files (more xml editing yay), on and on

just posted a mod that brings DS2 Vanilla's visuals to DS2 Scholar, in case someone prefers how Vanilla looks (less bright, not blown out highlights, etc), but prefers Scholar's other changes. Covers the whole game. www.nexusmods.com/darksouls2/m...

since i'm busy working on DeS and after that DS1 PTDE (backporting benefits from DSR, a dream mod), I've decided to release my Second Sin pathtracing preset for DS2LightingEngine PT. It covers the base game (minus memories) and the Shulva DLC. The rest is the default preset

If you'd like to support my work with this mod, but also my Demon's Souls PC Remaster, my Bloodborne PC remaster, my DS1 re-remastered, and on and on haha, I do have a patreon where you get google drive links for the mods (this one is 18.5gb btw!): www.patreon.com/fromsoftserv...

patreon.commy mod google drive links | fromsoftserveNexusmods is pretty slow as far as downloading, so I paid for more google storage to host my mods there and provide the links here for quick

You can now download the demo for my PC Remaster mod for Demon's Souls PS3. It covers the 2 tutorial levels, adding normal and specular maps for most surfaces, pointlights now affect the environment, player/object shadows blended w/ baked shadows, and more!

you naturally need Demon's Souls setup on the RPCS3 emulator but there's a billion videos that can help with that. My mod is only 40mb and you just copy it into your DeS "USRDIR" folder. Then launch the game as per usual. www.nexusmods.com/demonssouls/...

just set a personal record for beating sekiro in 4 hours and 27 minutes, including demon of hatred, sword saint isshin, and some optional bosses. Plus, zero prosthetic tools used. Also with lower vitality and posture than I usually do. Pretty happy with that result tbh. youtube.com/playlist?lis...

new beta of my Second Sin PT preset (powered by DS2LightingEngine Pathtracing) is live for my patrons, who get early access to it as I tinker away on it. They can give feedback if they want, but some just want to goof around with it. Covers most of base game and shulva now
