I fret about finishing a WIP, any of them, for publishing And im working on a self-indulgent fanfic instead But atleast im writing something? Its also a post-abusive relationship vent. Part fanfic. So my main character is really going thru the wringer on this one

I never said i am a *great* writer, merely prolific I make the keyboard go *brrrrrrr*, given time to write Being "good" or even "great" at the writing? I hope so, especially after editing this story I'm deffo improved over the years, but i dont know how much better ive gotten

I am once again stuck at the laundromat And plugging away at the laptop(writing) ... Once I'm done here (No shade Bluesky but this is not productive)

... I got no writing done during laundry Turned on the laptop in a no-wifi area And everything needed to update or sync Ugh. Laundromat has no wifi

I have too many wips in my unfinished story pile I have too many wips I'm collabing on with my partner And i get a shiney new idea, that will break personal records if it goes as far thru the story as i have planned Of course the solution to a to do list is make it longer. Ack

At least my notes so far are in order for this fanfic. Lets see where it goes... Tomorrow. Im out of time to write more today Everyone doing 50k wotds in november (r.i.p. nano website) im was too busy. But Im doing a decwrimo, the ln a janwrino then feb... And so on until this work is done

Taken last fall in my yard, near as I can tell it's overlapping coyote and lynx prints. And spotted both (on different days) and heard them last year too (on different nights)

Me a city girl: got excited about these prints with the same energy I have heard of visitors to Toronto that have never seen black squirrels before. cool and neat and novel. but in reality if/when we get chickens we'll have to make a coyote-proof fence or enclosure
