DEMENTIA ACTION WEEK Every year a week is put aside to raise awareness Then normality resumes, the campaigning starts to fade the importance around dementia becomes a distant memory DEMENTIA IS NOT JUST FOR 1 WEEK! DEMENTIA IS REAL! WE SHOULD NOT BE NAVIGATING ALONE!
