Sometimes what helps with healing most is a project, the right tools, and people who get it. That’s what Guardian Garage in Peoria, Arizona offers. While I was there, I sat down with military families and veterans to hear what they’re up against. I’m bringing what I heard back to D.C.

Gas, groceries, energy: it all costs more. Diesel now averages around $6.30 a gallon nationwide. The most important thing Trump could do right now to bring prices down? End his stupid war in Iran.

Big news for Arizona! Chiricahua is now officially America’s 64th national park, and Arizona’s fourth. If you’ve been, you know: it's called the “Wonderland of Rocks” for a reason. The views are like nothing else in the country. Now is the time to visit Chiricahua National Park!

Arizona families work hard for every dollar they earn, but rising gas and grocery prices are eating up their paychecks. I’m fighting to lower costs, but the fastest way to do that is simple: end the war in Iran.

Trump is spending billions on an illegal war that nobody asked for. Imagine what that money could do if we funded childcare or healthcare instead. End the war in Iran. Invest in working families.

Thank you to the child care leaders, parents, and providers who joined me at my town hall yesterday. Every story in that room came back to the same two problems: child care costs too much, and there aren’t enough spots for the families who need them. We have to do better for Arizona's families.

On average, Arizona families spend more than $16,000 per year on child care. That’s more than college tuition at ASU. I’m backing a bill to cap the price of child care. We’ve got to get serious about making it easier to be a working parent.

As union density has gone down, wages have stalled. Corporations are making record profits while workers are taking home a smaller slice of the economy than ever before. Here’s one way we can rebuild union power and change the direction of the working class.

One of the best parts of this job is meeting the next generation of Arizona leaders. I was honored to speak with students in the Latino Leaders Program at Chandler City Hall. I may be Arizona’s first Latino Senator, but if these kids have anything to do with it, I won’t be the last.

I’m proud to represent Arizona’s 22 sovereign tribal nations in the U.S. Senate. Today and every day, I’m committed to working alongside them to defend their sovereignty.

AI companies are making a fortune right now. Working people can't get left behind. My plan is simple: tax AI companies and data centers, then use that money to put Americans to work in a New Deal-style public service jobs program. We did it before, and we can do it again.

Anyone who works hard enough, saves enough, and plays by the rules should be able to build wealth for their family, buy a car, a house, or a big-ass truck. The American dream. But right now, hard work isn't cutting it. And as elected officials, it’s our job to change that.

This means a handful of Trump’s billionaire buddies will control huge parts of the media. The next president needs to break up all the mergers approved under this administration. Big business has to understand there are consequences when they team up with corrupt government.

apnews.comParamount completes its takeover of Warner Bros to become one Hollywood giant known as SkydanceThe companies completed the deal on Tuesday, ushering in a new Hollywood giant with the now shorter “Skydance” nametag.

Kids are getting phones younger and younger, and we’re seeing the consequences in the classroom: more distractions, less learning. As a dad of three young kids, I’m worried. It’s time to get cell phones out of the classroom. I introduced a bill to get it done.

On her way out the door, Kristi Noem used taxpayer dollars to buy five planes from a donor. Just the latest example of blatant government corruption under President Trump.

Once rogue AI agents start speaking in their own language, they won't care whether you're America or China. We're all at risk. Congress needs to take that threat seriously.

Americans everywhere are struggling to buy a home. And without the ability to buy a home, many of them can't build wealth. At today's American Growth Summit, I laid out the changes we need in Washington to give everyone a fair shot at the American dream.

NEW: The Senate just passed our bipartisan bill to extend terrorism risk insurance—a program created after 9/11 to make sure businesses aren’t left without coverage in the event of an attack.

My time in the Marines taught me that terrorism doesn’t just take lives the moment it strikes. It leaves behind communities that must rebuild in its aftermath. Speaker Johnson needs to bring the House back from its vacation and send this bill to the president's desk.

Honored to receive the Marine Corps seal from Brigadier General Shannon M. Brown, who served in Iraq and in some of the hardest battles with me. It's tradition for each service branch to present a seal to members of Congress. As a Marine, this one is special. Semper Fi.

On Gold Star Mother’s and Family’s Day, we honor those who gave their lives for our country and hold their loved ones close in our hearts. We have a sacred obligation to care for our Gold Star mothers and families. I will always fight to ensure they have the resources and support they have earned.

Sydney and I had a great time at the Action for Cancer Awareness Awards Luncheon this week. The @preventcancer.org Foundation's bipartisan Congressional Families Program is about getting people the resources they need to catch cancer early, when it's still treatable. We're proud to be a part of it.

What's Congress doing on AI right now? Nothing. Everyone's focused on the next election while this technology moves faster than any of us can predict. I’m pushing to get everyone at the table—experts, skeptics, regulators, and government—to rein in this technology. Not later, now.

Great to welcome Black leaders to Washington for Congressional Black Caucus week. When our Black communities are strong, Arizona is strong—and our entire country is stronger when we move forward together.

The Supreme Court just rejected the president’s attempt to restrict mail-in voting. 80% of Arizonans—Republicans, Democrats, and Independents—vote by mail, and Trump can’t change that.

We don’t need to wait on the president to regulate AI. This is why we have different branches of government. Congress needs to bring experts to the table, work across the aisle, and move quickly on guardrails that protect America, the world, and humanity.

This administration says their tariffs on Canada will bring back American manufacturing. They won't. Smart industrial policy—like the CHIPS Act—and real cooperation with Canada are what actually build a stronger North American economy that can compete with China.

AI is unlike any technology we've seen before. Once it becomes fully dangerous, it won't care whether you're Chinese or American. We can't afford to wait three years to act, we have to move now to regulate it.

I spend a lot of time at Section 60 in Arlington, visiting friends I lost in Iraq. Now Trump wants an ugly arch within view of that sacred ground. This isn't about liking the guy. It's January 6th. It's the DOJ. It's putting his name on the Kennedy Center. None of it earns a monument.

U.S. diesel prices have topped $6 a gallon for the first time ever. The trucks that deliver your food run on diesel. Just about everything you buy at the grocery store is about to get more expensive. Our country can’t afford another endless war.

We also remember how, for a moment in time, our country came together in the face of tragedy, showing what is possible when we meet hardship with courage, unity, and compassion. That's America at its best. We still have it in us, and we should carry it forward.

Protecting the Department of Education has to be a priority. So does slashing federal funding for vouchers, increasing teacher pay, tackling student absenteeism, and building out workforce training programs.   How do we afford it?   Let's start by eliminating Trump’s tax cuts for billionaires.

I grew up poor, but I was lucky enough to get a good education, make it to Harvard, and become a U.S. Senator. Every kid deserves that same fair shot. That’s what I'm fighting for: a public school system that works no matter who you are or where you’re born. Let's get to work.

A whistleblower from the U.S. Postal Service has confirmed what we feared: Trump's mail-ballot verification system is so broken it could lose or reject ballots ahead of the midterms. So, I'm demanding USPS testify before the Senate. If you try to impede Arizonans from voting, you have answer to us.

Canada fought beside the U.S. in both World Wars, the Korean War, and Afghanistan. Their National War Memorial stands as a reminder of what that cost. You don't walk away from an alliance like this. I'll keep fighting to protect it.
