Quoting this so other ppl can see it. If you want to support indie devs the best way to do it is to review their games on Steam, because games get a visibility boost the more reviews they have. You don't need to write a long review for it to 'count' either, a single sentence is enough.

2025 is weird. A lot of horrifying things have been happening in the world. Can't ignore that. But I can say I've had a lot of accomplishments too. I finished my dream game, I published a novel, and put out an award-nominated vn that made people cry. I'm really lucky there. Time keeps going on by.

Steam told me a few hours ago I failed a build check for a game because it does not have "full English captions" like specified on the page. The game has no voiced dialogue. It'd only fail if it had voiced dialogue with no English captions. What the miku man I just want this game to release...
