I had tariffs explained to me by a magat earlier today. He said that when tariffs start that prices will drop because China will pay the tariffs. I tried to explain to him using a $20 item that a 20% tariff will add $4 to the cost of the item. His reply was that China will pay it.

I received this text about 90 minutes ago with my reply. They know they are losing. Oh well

Prediction for election day: Democrats will have the biggest victory ever, not only in the House but also in the Senate. There will be lawsuits, and some will reach the Supreme Court. Republicans will lose most, if not all. January 6 was a warm-up for this. Democracy will prevail.
