any time my friends @blazethefox.bsky.social or @404yaiba.bsky.social do an art stream it's over on piczel and honestly it's been a much better experience for me as a viewer. Picarto is a dying platform only kept alive by those who are just used to it, but man I don't like picarto.

As a side note, during one of Yaiba's first streams on piczel one of the devs showed up in chat to ask how much he was enjoying his experience and if he had any questions about it. Piczel is the way to go for art streams these days, let picarto just rot at this point.

I'm sure it's a thing that's completely exclusive to me and the way I overthink in general, but I still associate a simple "ye" as being dismissive due to my own history of now ex friend. Like imagine you try to explain your point of view on a serious topic and all you get back as a reply is " k "

And no, adding extra e's in ye doesn't make it better for me. I swear to you my ex friends back on skype messed me up so much if someone tells me "yeeeee" I automatically feel like I'm being mocked but that's all just a me thing and I'm just a small independent voice actor so it doesn't mean much 😓

Like a friend or mutual can message me on discord or telegram about something that gets me excited and I happily spill my guts about it and I can't wait to see how they reply and I get hit with a "ye" and I'm left thinking "oh okay I'm sorry... I'll just send you a thanks and nothing else next time"
