I was amused to read comments of "Cancun" Cruz, who accused Smith of illegally accessing phone records. Smith responded he got subpoenas legally after consulting the then-independent DOJ (unlike the toadies now in place). Cruz was a co-conspirator of Trump's and also should have been locked up.
