Why elon is a bullshitter in one graph. Federal employee count is basically the same as the year where there less than 1/2 population, interstate highway system didn’t exist yet, a fraction of cars on the road, most people worked still in physical jobs,

all things we tried to not manage or leave to the private sector and learning the hard way you need the government to ensure the outcomes are not disastrous. The federal government outside of defense has been starved for decades. It’s all just narrative for russia style privatization to cronies.
