The maga asshats feed on our outrage. Therefore, I refuse to show them any outward facing outrage. I will not give them fuel to feed their smugness and hatred. If enough of us just focus on supporting the preservation of important rights and institutions, maybe they’ll starve or take each other out.

Trumpy bear loves outrage. It energizes him and his maga followers. I’m not giving it to him. No outrage. I know he will always choose the most outrageous, unqualified, disgusting person. I will be doing my part to dismantle this by supporting nonprofits that fight against what he stands for.

Two important lessons I’ve learned as a 3x cancer survivor diagnosed diabetic in 2021 and lost 100+ lbs: 1. Whatever changes you want to make, it starts on the inside. 2. How you talk to yourself matters most. Not matter what others say to you, it’s what you say to you that determines outcomes.

Looking for a community of folks who are passionate about health and wellness, helping each other reach their goals, and lifting each other up. I am a firn believer that when we lift each other up, we all rise.
