I find it so funny how I started this year out as a hater of Mega Man but my stubborn ass wanted to “finally be done with Mega Man” and through it, I Stockholm Syndromed myself into becoming a big Mega Man fan. Helps that a lot of these newer games I’m playing have been spectacular!

I want to try out Command Mission so bad, especially knowing the Breath of Fire team helped with its development. I want to play Legends 2, ZX: Advent. I’m actually excited to play Mega Man! I still have all those Battle Networks to play through as well. Also Rockman Strategy. Mega Man Soccer…

It’s funny now how Dual Override is genuinely one of my most anticipated game releases of next year now. It doesn’t top Metroid Ravenous, but it honestly may be more exciting to me than the new Xenoblade, which is saying something! I love Xenoblade!

Mega Man Zero 3, while not the first one I enjoyed playing, is what made me realize fully I was a fan. It’s one of my favorite games of all time, and that alone made the entire journey worth it. But there’s still so many games in this franchise I have to play!

It's always fun playing games so niche and so weird you feel as though you're playing a game from a different world. (This post is about Koudelka, and I am loving this game so far)

Been curious into getting into Phantasy Star (mainly because I'm interested in a character that appears in Phantasy Star IV). How should I go about getting into it? Can I just play Phantasy Star IV, or is playing I-III a must?

Started up a bit of Wario Land II today. Debating whether or not it’s okay of me to only go for one ending. As much as I do like this game, I don’t think it’s hooked me enough to want to go for the true final level.

After 20 hours, finally 100%'d Demon Tides. Genuinely some of the most fun I've had in a 3D Platformer. It's only February but I can see this game being one of my favorite 2026 releases.
