Let’s talk tips. Frump’s BBB no tax on tips gives us an opportunity to reset how we tip America. I propose reducing your tip rate to 10% with an upper limit of 15% for extraordinary service with a note BBB. Furthermore, the tip rate is 0% if ordering while standing, driving, by phone, or on an app.

If SOCTUS examined the agreement between the Frump administration and El Salvador pertaining to the holding of deportees, could they find a commercial agreement, not a treaty which may put it outside of foreign policy the administration claims.

Frump is targeting Maine because they lack the resources to defend themselves. Do this with California or New York and they’d have a restraining order in 48 hours. He’s picking strategic targets to send a message, and the rest are self censoring. Can you say textbook Fascism.

apple.newsTrump demands Maine governor apologize — or the state will face consequences — POLITICOThe Trump administration has sparred with Maine and singled out its governor in recent weeks over his order banning trans athletes from playing in women’s sports.

I’ve been torn-up about what Democrats should do about the debt increase. I’ve concluded that better to allow the increase and fight the administration in court on cuts. Shutting down the government plays into Frump’s hand because it gives him emergency powers over spending priorities. Thoughts?

The press who’ve been cast out of the press pool should treat it as a badge of honor. They are completely free to report on the corruption. Only jail would give them more credibility. Now go dig up the dirt and report.

apple.newsTrump’s Putin-Like Cull of the White House Press Pool — The New Yorker“It's something that is at the top of the authoritarian playbook list,” the staff writer Susan B. Glasser says. “You know, go after the independent press.”

After playing a fictional member of the Resistance a long time ago, I never could have imagined it ever happening in real life, but here we are.

Mark Hamill posting rebellious content in a battle against a dictator and his robotic sidekick is the most Star Wars shit ever.

My district and except for a flu diagnosis earlier this week, I’d have been there for the fireworks. Oh yeah, this is the jack-wad that thinks middle schoolers need to get jobs to pay for their school lunches. Look him up. Flu symptoms are waning, so I’ll be out there again soon.

Maybe the poster child for voting against your own interests.

Remember why the rich get richer and it takes money to make money. When markets collapse, the rich buy at greatly reduced prices from the those who are suffering. I think Elon would love to force a government default, so he and his billionaire friends can feast on the middle and working class.

What amazes me is MAGA denies their racism, homophobia, and misogyny. They don’t hide it, they just deny it. I miss the days when they would be embarrassed by their old photos with blackface.

I want to mark this day here. A year ago today I lost my mother, she was 90. The last three years of her life, I spent a lot of time with her going to doctor’s appointments or sitting with her in the hospital. She never lost her sense of humor, and I miss that more than anything today. Love you Mom.

There are two immutable facts when it comes to Trump. 1. Every accusation is a confession 2. Every wild assertion is a distraction Gaz-a-Lago is a distraction from the coup underway within our federal government, led by Oligarch Musk.

Do not take your eye off the ball. The story is the deliberate strategy to overwhelm the checks and balances in the Constitution. Congress has already caved. Then when a court orders something unpopular I expect the administration to ignore the court. At that point it’s over; you can play Taps.

they are mostly targeting black employees so this is quite literally just a repeat of woodrow wilson’s segregationist purge of the federal government
