The clip is from a February 2026 press conference where Rep. Lieu criticized the Department of Justice (under the Trump administration at that time) for its handling of the Epstein investigation.

Lieu claimed Donald Trump's name appears "thousands and thousands of times" in the files and that they contain allegations of sexual assault and threats against children.

The Attempt to Return After making a fortune in the U.S. (largely during the Gold Rush), he returned to his hometown of Kallstadt in 1901. He married Elisabeth Christ and attempted to resettle there permanently because she was homesick.
