Trump announced new tariffs on eight countries, saying the US will impose a 10% duty on all goods from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and Finland starting Feb 1, 2026. The rate would rise to 25% by June unless a “deal” is reached for the “purchase of Greenland.”
