Popped out after work earlier to chop some plants back, as the recent weather had finished them off. Until it got too dark, then thought I'd better stop for fear of chopping something I shouldn't 😬 Anyway, the chrysanths are doing well! #BloomScrolling #Gardening #Flowers

Slowly catching up on things, I noticed that @dbspringboard.bsky.social reached 500 subscribers over the weekend, then went way past it. Thank you; it means a lot. There are lots planned, and I'm enjoying it all. If you'd like to be part of it, you can sign up here: darylbaxter.com/springboard/...

Anthropic warning "catastrophic or existential risks to humanity" whilst simultaneously seeking a $2 trillion valuation for an IPO while making a loss of $80 billion. Seems like a good investment.

Tried to set up 2FA on a new Google account. Gave up. I suspect it’s just me but such a pain.

Ah, Monday. #mondayfeeling

Post Boelo things have calmed down a bit here weather wise. Closed laptop and had a brew outside watching the clouds stampeded across the moon. #silentsunday

Haven't been out much today due to the weather so managed to get a pile of work done on the new app. Very satisfied with today's efforts.

thanks to the incredibly fast App Store review, Trophikos 1.2.0 with iPhone Duo support is live, which meant big updates to the website as well! trophikos.app #BuildInPublic #iOSDev #iPhoneDuo

Hmmm. I’m enjoying using Android Studio so far. 🤔😬 #indiedev #whathaveidone

Just watched Exit 8. Great film. So different and unnerving.

Had to go out in the rain and wind earlier as two of my cosmos plants were right over. Luckily nothing broken, so tactical deployment of willow stakes and twine has resolved the issue. 🌻🪾💨 #Gardening #windy

Will enjoy this every time it shows!

Last proper brag*: Nitelore won Best Game in the @RevenueCat #shipaton and I won a shiny (heavy) gold cat besides a space ship on a sea ship. Everyone was great and it was top, top fun *I will allow myself smaller ones as increasingly incredulous events transpire tomorrow.

Hello! Nitelore is going to Times Square on October 22nd (tomorrow - or today if it’s tomorrow in your area (wait does it work like that?)) #shipaton demo day! That square again? TIMES SQUARE.

Another season of Slow Horses comes to an end, and what an ending!

☕️ Morning! Sat outside for a coffee despite the temperature being a chilly 8C (first bit of frost I've seen this year on top of the shed). Looks like it's going to be a crisp sunny day. Woke me up anyway! #garden #autumn #coffee
