Day 3 update on my meds: -been sleeping ALLOT but instead of it being "I don't have the energy/will to do anything" its more like im catching up on years of bad sleep -Overall just feeling like im not dipping as low as i used to. Its still a bit strange but getting there this is on half dose btw

Maybe its just the meds messing with my head but i saw someone make a video that claimed they played "every" castlevania game, and then the end of the video showed they played like 12. And i got livid like "so thats just blatantly a lie"

Dad picked up my prescription. I now have a bottle of Quetiapine XR to try out for the next month to see how my body handles it.

Meds prescription has been acquired. Gonna be on it for a month then going back to see how it is.

Two more days until i see the psychologist about getting prescribed meds for either my bipolar, anxiety or depression.

I now have an appointment for seeing a psychiatrist about mental health meds. The 22nd of october. Just a week away and i might actually be able to make a change.

Doctors appointment done Diagnosis added to my file, referred to psychologist to get meds and directed towards place I can find a therapist

Tomorrow i see my doctor about mental health meds for my bipolar and/or my anxiety. I don't care how long it takes, the fact that ill finally even start the process of being medicated for things that have taken years of my life is enough to make me optimistic for once.
