I finally took the bait and got caught up on the whole Bricks and Minifigs shit. The speed at which I went from not knowing a chain store even existed to wanting every location turned into Spirit Halloweens was nuts 🐀

But seriously, I loved this film and was pleasantly surprised that the titular rooms had a theme and purpose beyond trippy visuals while also having a lot of that as well. I was sweating profusely for the last 30mins 🐀

Finished Mouse and I loved the art. Can't praise that enough. Other than that it's not the most inventive shooter and outwears its welcome by a few hours. There was also a bit too much modern online humor for me and the inclusion of electroswing is criminal 🐀

I was right in the middle of thinking it would have been really dark if this cartoon mouse game explored the social horror of the 1930s more and then this happened and I emitted a Rich Evans-style oh my goooood 🐀

I've become so numb to the cycle of "studio makes very cool game and then gets shut down to save evil publisher" that it barely surprises me anymore. But, to see a studio that made pretty alright games with lots of potential get shut down feels somehow more grim 😔
