CEO pay is up 1,316% since 1978, while typical worker pay is up just 28%. CEOs are now paid 325 TIMES as much as the typical worker in their industry, according to @epi.org Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?

Somethings are hard when we only look at the larger world view and feel we have to fix it. Start small, look at your families and communities. Cocoon there for awhile, that’ll be good for your mental health and your vibration. Cut out the news, this helped me a lot. More below 🔻

Then do simple things, hold a door for someone, buy a coffee for someone behind you in line. Many organizations have giving trees this time of year, pick something and help a family or child. Donate some items to a local food pantry. Smile at some you pass by, wish them a good day. More below 🔻
