Evolution of the Dolfan

Awww yeahhh the @sameolddolphins.bsky.social show this week’s gonna be freaking FIRE! Looking forward to a Grier-free existence and the inevitable changing of the podcast name.

Last week I called for the Dolphins to trade Jaelan Philips for John Harbaugh. Today I am here for the Pink Eye Game love. Am I a traitor? Wish-washy? A fraud? Nope, it’s just another week in the life of a 50-year Dolphins fan.

Brb right after I affix a visor to every piece of headwear I own.

My face when tua throws one to brinskill

14 point lead at the half and the defense is on fire. If we don’t see the dolphins run the ball 25 times in the 2nd half we riot.

First bijan, now Algiers…stepping out of bounds needlessly handing Buffalo 80 seconds of free time on the clock.

Trade Jaelan Phillips to Baltimore for John harbaugh.

I see plenty of people on the interwebs yelling that if Greer isn’t fired, they’ll root for a new team. Screw that. I’ve been at this for half a century. I was here first. WE were here first! We were here before Greer was and we’ll be here after he’s gone. It’s OUR Miami dolphins, not his.

If I am Joe Flacco I am buying a hospital indemnity plan before I get on the plane (bus?) from Cleveland to Cincy.

Incom making penalties when he’s not making x-wings.

Juju Brents sighting

Help Somebody tell me how I’m supposed to feel

Dang, when the revolution finally comes, Malik can stay.

Live look at the Miami line play today

0-5 on last five third downs

Thank god for the jets otherwise our self-esteem would also be ass.

Hey Cam Ward, tell us what we are.

If the dolphins lose this game I swear to god I will just go deliver some DoorDash to mark sanchez.

Wait guys I got it solved….we need to employ Aaron brewer to stop the run!

lol Aaron Brewer was like “(record scratch)….you’re probably asking how I got here….”

Melifonwu with the bs tackling attempt on McMillan there.

All of us lining up to buy Waller jerseys was NOT on my 2025 bingo card.

Bryce Young is in Year 3 and still looks like the game is running him instead of the other way around.

So now we can never ever throw that route to hill or Connor ever again, right?

So Waller ISN’T obj 2.0?

Jonah, my guy……

Internet in 2010: “everybody has the same megaphone now!” Internet in 2025: “everybody has the same megaphone now :/“

If this doesn’t raise every red flag from key west to Port Saint Lucie then you’re not paying attention.

I hate it, but it’s true.

We’re gonna lose by 3 here aren’t we

Jaylen Waddle is a Man

Son of a ….. here we go with the time management

That roughing penalty is how seasons get out of control. Things look bad, guys push too hard and make mistakes, things go south, cycle repeats. The look of Sielers face after the touchdown said it all.

Tie in 4q? Someone tell me how Ian supposed to feel please

I guess we have a new favorite penalty

Holy crap was that our first 3&out of the season?

Welp. Started the half exactly wrong. Buffalo TD then 3 & out. Back to our regularly scheduled programming

Holy cow Dodson is no match for Josh Allen

Don’t have to figure out who’s going to play nickel in the 2nd half if Buffalo never gets the ball.

Don’t look now, but the dolphins are managing the clock.

I gotta admit, I didn’t think it would be Tyreek that would put the team on his back. I figured he had checked out.

Omg tua gonna get achane murdered

Ollie Gordon

I am getting too old for this.

Maybe if I buy one of those ultra wide monitors I’ll be able to see our pass rush in the same picture with josh Allen.
