The growth and impact of AI is described as being bigger than the industrial revolution, as if that must be by definition a positive thing.

What the world really needs is cashed up entrepreneurs who believe in spending trillions on education and health services to benefit communities directly.

Im not sure American voters realise it, but the Trump Dividend actually promises to take away $5000 from all Americans if the Republicans win, then give it back to them. Win bigly.

The Federal Govt in Australia has demonstrated with their approach to sport gambling legislation, the political truth that laws only specify the circumstances in which undesirable things are allowed to happen, but never to prohibit them. #auspol

4. My dad was one of 8 kids.Mum was one of 5. Pretty common back then. My parents had 2 kids in the 1950s.Also pretty common. Do the maths. If my parents had 5 kids and they had 5 kids it totals 30. But with 2 kids each the total is only 6. Understand this ON voters.

3.Any country town now. Find how many families there were in 1950s & 60s. Assume each had 4, 5 or more kids. Do the same for years 1970 to now. How does that change the population of the town today? Would schools and shops be closing? Footy teams folding? ON cant fix this.

2. If your grandparents and parents once raised 5 or 6 kids but today you only have 1 or 2, it's no wonder the country towns are in decline. It's not the fault of water buy backs. It's also not immigration. It's you.

1. Country towns are in decline, shops are disappearing, footy teams are struggling to find players. It's all so wrong...the solution apparently is to vote One Nation. In their yearning for the good old days they miss the fact that family sizes have shrunk. www.abc.net.au/news/2026-06...

abc.net.au'Everything's just so wrong': Inside the country town that turned to One NationIn just a few short weeks, a small country town became One Nation heartland. It is a blueprint for how the party can turn Australia orange.

"Barack, you gotta look at me." At the grand opening ceremony of the Obama Presidential Center, former First Lady Michelle Obama delivered a speech that brought the former president to tears. This is love. Love of husband, love of a president, love of a country.

Walking along a lot of footpaths lately. Have discovered the place where motorists most often do not want to give way to a pedestrian. Entrances and exits to fast food outlets.

Clicking on this (v good & funny) article caused a rage- inducing tech problem of its own. Before I could read a word, a window popped up in the middle of the screen asking if I wanted an AI summary of the very piece I was looking forward to reading each and every word of. Summarise THIS 🖕🖕🖕ya bot
