Trump was indicted, on several cases. But after Cannon’s decision dismissing the documents case, b/c she determined Smith could not be a special counsel, & SCOTUS invented presidential immunity the 1/6 case was dismissed. Smith didn’t have enough time to resuscitate those 2 cases.
