Domestic and overseas police/military actions, or contingencies are war-gamed, or otherwise planned, MONTHS and often YEARS in advance and are enacted by State machinery and personnel who remain in place, regardless of the political party "in charge" for any given four-year period. 🧵

This machinery functions overtly and covertly and is beholden to imperial objectives, which supercede DNC, or GOP party platforms, and the miniscule ideological differences between the two. This is why interventionist military and jackbooted State police forces exist in the first place.
