I feel like in order to find a new job in tech right now you have to have connections and my connections don’t have anything. So am I stuck waiting? I’ve been searching for a while and have applied over 200+ times with only 1 interview. What am I don’t wrong? 😭 #frontend #designsystems #ai

Asking for a friend… 👀 Anyone hiring for a Design Systems / Frontend Engineer right now? Strong in React, Typescript, AI, accessibility, and building scalable component libraries + developer platforms (8+ years). Would love to connect 🙏 #DesignSystems #Frontend
