Jeonghan so lovely with his long hair and strong biceps (venomous sac not shown)

Seventeen One Fine Day ep 2 and swear to god, if you need to identify the service tops in this band it's the ones spending two hours desperately working to light this fire to cook dinner (Coups, Mingyu, The8, Woozi, DK)

Coups (lovingly sandwiched in bed with Shua and Hannie) takes it happily, and it's Jeonghan who emerges to say 'shall we share with the members'... this takes place by Jeonghan hiding under a blanket and the younger members going under it to feed...

they all go off to bed and there's a shot of Jeonghan shaving, which is somehow shocking to me and I realise that we are almost never shown idols removing body hair, even though we get plenty of other beauty routines, so it feels taboo. weird reminder that what feels 'odd' is what's hidden

SVT One Fine Day Ep1 and I had forgotten this began with self-filming at the 13 person dorm including Coups and Wonwoo lying comfortably in Jeonghan's bed (and when Jeonghan turns up to complain, Coups, who is still in his bossy phase, tells him to get in too)

oh the Sherlock theme bc they're solving the mystery of what the fuck is going on, i get it. now it's pink panther. this must have been a music budget and a half. And they *do* solve the mystery, through the power of Mingyu chatting up the local eommas

ANOTHER thing, the incidental music for this series is for some reason often the theme song from BBC Sherlock... so that's a whole journey

the packing challenge final boss is naturally Woozi, who has decided clean clothes are an unecessary burden, put his washkit in his plastic bag and called it good

they are all SO YOUNG and they are all SO HUNGRY, and their group bond is already insanely tight, it's open mic night at the spotted cow 24/7 for this lot

I mean I'm absolutely not clicking on this in any way shape or form, but I am truly impressed by the degree of computer literacy they assume I don't have, that somehow Facebook notifications come from the personal account of one 'Amelia Nympho' with queries as to their utility
