Implementation: Halo has an aim-assist feature where near shots will be magnetized onto their target. This is why halo gameplay feels so good on controller. I tied Morrowind's hit rolls in to that, but flipped it. If you roll a miss, you get anti-aim-assisted and will always just miss your target.
