After a year-long campaign and a careful count, the results are in. I’m grateful, I’m ready and there is no time to waste. Thank you, Maine. I look forward to seeing you all across our incredible state and earning your vote.

My heart is with the families and community in Bend, Oregon tonight. An elementary school. We cannot keep accepting gun violence as a fact of life. We have a responsibility to protect our kids, prevent these tragedies, and take real action to stop this violence.

Mainers are tired of the negativity, and so are my kids. I'm running to build more housing and lower health care costs. That's the conversation Maine people want to have. Check out our new ad, "Time-Out".

Private equity firms have been buying up mobile home parks in Maine, jacking up the rents and squeezing folks out. Check out our new ad, “We Bought It”, to hear from Celeste about how her community fought back—and won, and why she supports my campaign for governor.

Proud to lead this robust call to demand that the Prime Healthcare CEO stop union busting at CMMC and rehire the nurses he fired. Enough is enough. These tactics have no place in Maine. Nurses care for all of us when we need it most and I'm proud to stand with them in this fight.

In Maine, solving tough problems means bringing everyone to the table — Independents, Republicans, and Democrats alike. I’m deeply honored to have Senator King’s endorsement. As Governor, I’ll bring a common-sense approach to lowering costs, expanding housing, and getting real results for Mainers.

What an incredible conversation at Bowdoin today. I had the honor of sitting down with Senator Angus King and am so appreciative of his endorsement in this race for governor. Today we talked about the core challenges facing Maine and the big opportunities ahead.

Nothing beats an early fall evening in a beautiful barn in Waldo County — especially with a crew like this to share it with! The positive energy folks across Maine bring to our gatherings is what fuels me in this race, and I’m so grateful for all of our supporters, big and small.

We decided one canvass launch wasn’t enough for one day, so we joined a great group in Ellsworth this morning and then headed down the coast for another in Belfast—where I was born! Huge thanks to everyone who came out to knock doors and get the word out about what’s at stake this election.

So grateful for support coming in from every corner of Maine. Thank you to the thousands of folks who are fueling this campaign. This is what a real campaign looks like: built town by town, county by county, by people ready for a leader who cares about Maine and will get things done.

As someone who believes that party affiliation should never get in the way of getting things done, I’m honored that so many folks are crossing party lines to support me in this election. We’re in this together!

I enjoyed sitting down with Phil at News Center Maine about what is at stake in this upcoming election and my vision for Maine’s future. You can check out the full clip on my YouTube.

Only 50 days to go until Election Day and we feel the momentum growing everywhere we go. Knocking on thousands of doors, hosting events all over the state, and showing up to listen to voters and hear about the issues that matter to them. Help us win over these last crucial weeks!

Shanah Tovah to all who are celebrating Rosh Hashanah this year! I'm grateful for the rich traditions, resilience, and spirit that Maine’s Jewish community brings to our state every single day. May the year ahead be filled with health, prosperity, and blessings for you and your loved ones. 🍯🍎

I’m inspired by Mainers who won’t give up on their neighbors. Seeing successful programs scale across the state shows what’s possible when we focus on solving the barriers that hold back Mainers and their families.

Mainers are tough. But Trump’s economy is squeezing working families across our state, and we need a governor who will fight back and lower costs. Watch our first ad, "Tough," and check out our plans to fight for housing and health care Mainers can afford, and property tax relief.

I’m honored to have these kind words of support. Problems are solved by having everyone at the table. We come up with big solutions by listening. Mainers want us to come together to make big things happen for Maine people. I’ve done it before and I’m ready to do it as your governor.

It feels like just yesterday Oscar and Elsie were putting on tiny backpacks for their first day of kindergarten, and now Jason and I are seeing off two high school students. Wishing all the students, parents, and especially our incredible teachers and school staff a great school year ahead!

With a new school year comes new possibilities! Happy back to school to all the students, teachers, staff, and families of Maine. Here's to a great year full of learning, fun and curiosity for all the kids across Maine. 💫

Today, I submitted public comment to the Maine Legislature’s Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee for the special hearing on the loss of rural labor and delivery services, in the wake of the most recent MaineHealth decision impacting Lincoln County.

Maine is a place where people care about their neighbors and we are strongest when everyone is respected and valued. Thanks to the Human Rights Campaign PAC for their endorsement and to every supporter helping us build a Maine where everyone belongs.

Maine's housing crisis calls for a governor ready to lead on day one. Today I shared my plan with the Maine Affordable Housing Coalition because housing isn't just one issue, it's the foundation for a stronger, vibrant, more affordable Maine.

As a mom to two kids, ensuring that all Maine kids can grow up free from the fear of gun violence is so important. We can protect the rights of responsible gun owners while still taking common-sense steps to prevent gun violence and make our communities safer for all.

You don't know what you don't know. New state data finally shows how private equity is reshaping Maine's mobile home parks — and what it's costing residents. I'm running for Governor to prioritize housing for Mainers over out-of-state investors and private equity, every time.

Lisa Hanscom of Welch Farm has been farming blueberries since she was 4 years old, and her family has been in the business for generations. She still runs the farm with her dad, sister, daughter, and even her grandson helps out. Proud to see Maine's wild blueberry farming legacy alive and thriving!

Fired up to launch today's canvass alongside dedicated volunteers and supporters at the Seacoast Democrats in York County. Thank you to everyone who spent their day knocking on doors and connecting with neighbors. We will keep this momentum going all the way to November!

Stopped by the Maine Dems new field office today to thank the incredible people who are working hard to canvass door-to-door and talk to their neighbors across Sagadahoc County. Grassroots momentum is how we protect our freedoms, lower costs for working families, and win in November.

Skyrocketing premiums are forcing thousands of Mainers to go without health insurance. That’s why I'm proposing a public option, so more families and small businesses can find an option they can afford.

I’ve got some work to do on my raking technique, but I think I’m getting the hang of it. Thank you to Lisa at Welch Farm for letting me try my hand at wild blueberry raking and to all Maine farmers who work so hard to grow the best of the best!

Hello Calais! I heard loud and clear that people in Washington County care so deeply about their communities. People in Washington County want elected leaders who will show up and listen and keep coming back as partners. I believe in showing up and listening and I always will.

Had a beautiful day for a visit to Sipayik, meeting with Passamaquoddy Tribal leaders, elders and community members. As governor, I look forward to being a partner to support the needs of the tribal nations and this wonderful community. Thank you for having me!

I've fought for things like housing and health care that Mainers can afford for my entire career because these issues are so critical to our future. We need to meet this moment together—and I'm ready to do that with your help.

More manufacturing training. More good jobs for Mainers. This is how we build a stronger economy. I will always fight for investments that connect hardworking Mainers with good-paying jobs and lasting careers.

As a graduate of a small, rural public school, I have a deep belief in public education and profound respect for educators. As a legislator and Speaker of the House, I was proud to earn a 100% score from the Maine Education Association. Today I’m even prouder to have earned their endorsement.

Great to join a huge gathering of fired up Democrats at the Lincoln County Lobster Bake in Waldoboro today. It was great to celebrate summer, thank amazing volunteers and hear from fellow Democrats. Huge thanks to everyone who put together such a festive and delicious afternoon.

Stopped by the Maine Lobster Festival in Rockland today to celebrate Maine’s hardworking fishermen and Maine lobster! I’ve been proud to fight for our fishermen and our working waterfronts during all my years in public service. I’ll continue to stand with them as governor.

Yet another disastrous move by President Trump that will raise the price of prescription drugs for Mainers. Our seniors are already struggling with the costs of things like gas, utilities, and groceries, and this decision will cause more Mainers to tragically go without life-saving medication.

Engaged communities make for healthier people. My health care plan focuses on lowering costs, expanding access to primary care, investing in family and community health, and protecting our fundamental reproductive rights. Check out all the details of my health care plan on my website.

Unless we build enough housing to meet the growing demand, first time homebuyers will continue to struggle to find homes. It’s why I’ve pledged to invest $100 million a year in the development and preservation of homes across Maine that are affordable AND attainable.
