OMG. I feel soooo ignorant about how my own frigging body works. The exercise is hard, and I'm sore and exhausted And it feels so frigging good to be in touch with my own body again.

I am very disappointed in myself. Yesterday I got caught up in a flirty chat with a random guy and I missed an exercise class. This is so lame, it wasn't even a real hookup. It was fun, but not contributing to my fitness journey. Today is a new day and another chance to get back on track.

Loving life so much. People can be absolutely wonderful. Like even when I'm feeling like an ugly aching pile of ick, there are good people there willing to listen and give supporting hugs. It helps so much and I'm so grateful for the love.

Embrace sensuality. Though related, it is a completely different thing from sexuality. It is wonderfully empowering.

Sharing pleasure, sensation, joy and love IS my rebellion.

I was feeling kind of hopeless and ugly because of my weight. So, I set up an appointment with a nutritionist and a personal trainer. Time to do something about it.

Think I found "the thing" that is gonna make me exercise more. Apparently intense physical exercise can lead to spontaneous O's and increased sensitivity which can lead to multiple O's.

Looking for ways to spread love and empathy. I'm angry about what is going on, but I also have so much love in my heart that I want to share. Every single person matters.
