so the problem here is that my vibe is "chaotic multidisciplinary artist-academic with wanderlust and too many feelings" but my physical day-to-day is "tuberculosis patient sent to the seaside"

these badly-run low-dose naltrexone trials are jeopardizing potential access to one of the only medications that can help ME/CFS patients because they're dosing it using a completely wrong paradigm

low-dose naltrexone used as a systemic anti-inflammatory saved my fuckin life, but it wouldn't have if i followed the advice of "titrate up to 4.5 mg" it's more like an SSRI, you need to find the optimal dosage for each patient through months-long trial and error going up and down in dosage

growing up in the 2000s i was raised to believe that the music of bon jovi was going to be forever revered as immortal pop-rock classics on the level of bruce springsteen or queen

what the fuck do you even do when you never got a chance to really get started doing anything, but you're actively aging out of "first chance" opportunities

my garmin watch is all of a sudden cooked and refuses to measure my heart rate. this is the most important device i own. i need it to measure my disease state so i don't accidentally die

there are infinite randos to fight and they're not even guaranteed to be human anymore. you're not progressing anything, no-one is learning anything, and your followers are getting agitated for no reason
