3D Glass Solutions is a great example of the homegrown innovation happening right here in New Mexico. Investing in advanced semiconductor manufacturing creates good-paying jobs and ensures America remains a leader in advanced manufacturing and space exploration technologies.

Air Traffic Controllers have been working long hours amid staffing shortages, doing critical work to keep American travelers safe. I'm glad to hear that they are finally getting the deserved pay increase that I helped pass in this year's budget bill.

Trump is waiving sanctions against Russia AND doing nothing about Elon blocking Ukraine’s access to Starlink? Weak leadership from weak men.

Last week I met with local farmers struggling under Trumped-up fuel, fertilizer, and equipment costs. The solution is to end Trump's tariffs and war with Iran. Instead, Trump is "bailing out" mega farms and leaving scraps, at best, for the family farms actually feeding New Mexicans.

Have questions about filing a RECA claim? My staff will be holding office hours at the RECA Day of Action in Farmington this Tuesday. Stop by for information, eligibility, or help navigating the claims process.

Russia is playing Trump for a stooge…and it’s working. Meanwhile, he is waging a war with Iran and attacking allies like Canada in ways that drive up prices on American families. Enough is enough!

My deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their loved ones in Bend, Oregon today. We came together to pass gun reform legislation in the aftermath of the Uvalde mass shooting, but let’s be clear: much more must be done. Not a single child should be lost to gun violence. Ever.

apnews.com5 people believed dead following shooting at Oregon elementary school, 2 officials tell APAuthorities believe at least five people are dead following a shooting at Silver Rail Elementary in Bend, Oregon.

As we recognize Indigenous Peoples’ Day, today and every day, let us honor the rich history, cultures, and contributions of Tribal Nations and Native people — and stand with Tribes to ensure their languages, traditions, and cultures continue to be passed down to future generations.

You shouldn’t have to pay for AI data centers. The Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act will hold data centers accountable for their grid costs and lower utility bills for families.

Great news for New Mexico producers and something I was proud to fight for when I served as the Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee Chair. Because the best way we can bring meat prices down is by giving the monopoly meat packers some competition.

When we talk about public safety, that has to include supporting survivors. If you need support, it's available 24/7. For NM-specific resources, visit NMCADV.org. And this DVAM, I want to especially thank the advocates and health care providers who serve survivors in New Mexico.

If we want cheaper energy, we need permitting reform. If we want to force data centers to pay their fair share and then some, we need permitting reform. And all of that reform is in our Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act. Let’s get this done.

New Mexico has shown that when we make healthy school meals available to every student, we give kids a better chance to focus, learn and succeed. Now I want every kid in America to have the healthy food they need to help them learn and thrive.

Congratulations to Erik Chavarria from Career Technical Education Center of Hobbs. He's the $75K winner of the Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence. He's teaching the next generation valuable skills and setting them up for the future. You’ve made your students and NM proud.

New Mexico farmers and ranchers — talk to your local NRCS office for resources available to you after this week's flooding. Outside of crop insurance, there are programs that can help producers with structural damage. Take photos now and again once water recedes.

The American people simply cannot take anymore of Trump's "winning."

DUN DUN DUN -- Fox Business on the September jobs report: "The numbers do not look good. I'm looking at 29,000 jobs added. That is well below expectations for 90,000, and our unemployment rate jumps up to 4.2%. A significant slowdown."

Trucking companies are struggling to stay afloat. As Trump's illegal war with Iran continues to drive up diesel prices, truckers are losing their jobs and your groceries are getting more expensive.

The Ratepayer Protection Act is exactly what Congress is known for: all message and no substance. I want Congress to pass legislation with real teeth. Until then, I’m a NO on this bill.

I love raw oysters and I love ice cream. But together? Hell NO!!! That’s what the administration is considering here. You can’t build a ballpark in Grand Teton National Park. It’s just wrong.

Enjoyed talking to New Mexicans about everything from education to health care to our public lands at my Constituent Coffee this week. It's hearing from New Mexicans about the issues that matter to them that helps me best fight for our state in D.C.

Our public lands are our shared inheritance, and we can make sure they are also our shared legacy. Let’s keep fighting together to protect our public lands. Happy National Public Lands Day!

We are very lucky that this failure occurred during unmanned testing. But we cannot leave the safety of workers up to luck. These types of critical failures need to be addressed proactively and transparently with workers.

New Mexico is home to America's first designated wilderness area, the Gila Wilderness. This National Wilderness Week, let's remember that appreciation for our public lands is something that unifies all Americans and that our wilderness areas are worth protecting.

Being an AmeriCorps volunteer inspired my career in public service. I know how important service opportunities are to inspiring our next generation of leaders. If you’re interested, here are some upcoming Peace Corps information sessions in New Mexico:

A good energy job doesn’t just power our homes and our economy — it powers the American dream. My Good Energy Jobs Act would make sure federal energy investments benefit the workers and communities that build energy projects, not just the companies developing them.

Today I voted against the CLARITY Act because it undermines Tribal sovereignty and threatens the revenues Indian Country depends on. I do not oppose digital market structure legislation, but any viable legislation absolutely must include commonsense protections for state and Tribal gaming rights.

Costco is rationing motor oil and the White House is shaking down mining companies for discount shares. I guess the red hats should have tipped us off that MAGA really IS socialism with a healthy dose of corruption thrown in for good measure.

We need to make sure we're investing in our greatest asset: the next generation. In New Mexico, we’ve done some incredible things over the last few years, but we’re just getting started. I joined NM Voices for Children and W.K. Kellogg Foundation to discuss what we can improve and how I can help.

I had a great time touring New Mexico Youth Challenge Academy and hearing from cadets about their experience in the program. I was proud to secure $87.5 million in increased funding that will allow the NMYCA and others like it to continue to make a difference for generations of students to come.

Folks, the Roadless Rule is under attack AGAIN. I joined New Mexico Wild to talk about what this administration is doing and how important it is to voice our opposition before the current comment period ends on October 6!
