I’ll never forget an interaction on Reddit that I had at the beginning of Biden’s term It was in the r/antiwork subreddit that exploded during Covid I replied to a simple statement: “I think Biden is as much of a fascist as Trump” I ratioed them in up/down votes until they just deleted it

I went back after Palestine and looked at it again, felt like complete shit That person was right And I’m the one who had so much learning yet to do I’m sorry to that person, whoever they are, wherever they are

God help me, the upstairs contractors are back Mute me if you want to survive this week with me too, because every time I hear a power tool I’m going to lose a new part of my mind And I actually have to work today, that’s the worst part

i asked my 3y old nephew if he was thirsty and he said: "yeah, but i'd rather use that water to generate a picture of me as a 25y old in the 80's."

call me crazy but i think that food should be free

I think the primary financial difference between me and my parents, both personally and generationally, is that I stopped seeking more money as soon as I had enough to survive The moment I realized I had enough, I started biting the hand that fed me instead of kissing its ring

I have housing but I make very little since I gave up the insurance game, federal poverty line little, actually But I do have a huge safety net in ma & pa - much as I blast them, much as they hold onto what they built - they won’t let me suffer, I know that much

At least I have a fucking condo - one that’s driving me insane today But I had to beg borrow & steal in a soul crushing industry so no biggie right Let’s just not even go into the personal life, tho, it was the sacrifice for the property

Reagan bought my whole ass family with that shit - my dad just stayed apolitical through the 80s while he worked & then all of a sudden Clinton & The New Dems showed up and so he gets to say he’s always been a Democrat

I was born to be a traitor to my gender It has been relatively easy to be a traitor to my race (I was blessed with extraordinary schooling, in many places & forms) I have been an imperfect and slow traitor to my class I havent been a traitor to my country, not yet I don’t think, but I wonder
