So earlier today I mistakenly marked a form on Vgen as waitlisted when I meant to mark it as unlisted - which led to some people filling out a form for a commission. I have messaged those people with an offer to put them on my actual wait / pinglist so please check your DMs on Vgen or Discord!

Update: the artist responded to them with the owed illustration and an apology after seeing their post. I will keep this up until the end of the day for those that wanted an update, then I'll delete this and the quoted post.

Just an FYI that a client of mine paid this artist nearly two years ago for a YCH that they still haven't received. This artist recently started posting on X again but continue to ignore any messages sent to them asking for an update while locking comments on their posts.

To my fellow people who work from home and even those that don't: How do you stay motivated to work all day? The first three, four hours (five on a good day) of commission work go great but after my brain tends to feel like a shrivelled grape.

I work fast with sketches but shading takes time and focus and I run out of that so fast even when I'm on my adhd meds. At this point I have to assume I'm doing something wrong here. I get so little done and feel like I should be capable of more but genuinely I'm not sure what the issue is.

My dad retired a few weeks ago and has in that time taught himself several new programs including blender and knows how to 3D print stuff already. Dad hogged all the smarts and gave me NONE bro. 😭

Internet just shit the bed, if those commissioners that expected to hear from me tomorrow don't get messaged that's why. Borrowing someone's hotspot for as long as I can. Currently trying to get an actual person on the phone to resolve this but apparently that's impossible these days.
