An update on the photos as a number of you have asked. Ben the photographer is working through them, as he is volunteering his time to do this it does take a while so we hope you can bear with us. We provide all the pictures for free and will announce on our social channels when they're available.

This year's competitor and volunteer surveys have gone out. We're always looking at ways we can improve the High Peak 40, and listening to your feedback is part of that. All responses are anonymous so please do feed back as much as you can.

Calling all sign fans! We want to improve our route marking for 2025 and to do that we're looking for some hardy volunteers who have a few hours on Thursday 18th/Friday 19th next week to help putting signs out for the HP40. Anyone interested email me volunteer@highpeak40.co.uk

With under two weeks to go, I am delighted to introduce to you... a new checkpoint! I am happy to bring back Checkpoint 5 - Rushup Edge. This will be a "lite" checkpoint. There won't be any official timing at this point, and will only be offering water at this point, with a single volunteer.

Here is our race T-Shirt for this year. If you're looking to add one to your entry via SiEntries, you have until end of day Sunday 31st August to do so. There will be a few available in men's and women's sizes on the day, but not loads, so if the T-Shirt tickles your fancy, add it to your entry now!

With the waiting list at 52, we're going to be closing the list at the end of this month, 31st of July. After that date no more to the waiting list. We do have cancellations coming through so working our way through the list so if you want the chance get signed to the waiting list by then.

For those who might be considering cancelling for any reason, our next cancellation gate is coming. From 1st of June if you do need to cancel the administration charge moves from 25% to 50% of the fee (and will remain there until 6th of September).

Castleton (CP6) to Finish Recce - Saturday 7th June 0930 A little later than planned but happy to announce our next walking recce, covering the second half of the High Peak 40 course. Starting at CP6 at Castleton Playing Fields and following the route all the way through to the finish.

After our sell out last week, our Wait List is now sat at 25! Will see some cancellations come as we get closer to the race so hang in there if you're waiting. As we get a batch I'll announce on the page that emails to sign up from wait list are going out, then there'll be 3 days to sign on. 🤞

High Peak 40 - 2025 is officially sold out! Incredibly we have now sold out all 250 entries for 2025! I am really excited that we've been able to grow the HP40 after coming back from hiatus last year! There is an official waitlist, so if you're not on yet don't dismay, get on the waitlist today!
