I'm part of a team localizing Harukanaru Ring into English! This is a true hidden gem of a manga that is almost completely unknown in the west! t.co/k2jw5xpHyw #HarukanaruRing #遥かなるリング #Joshi #manga

This is the official TJPW account on Blue Sky! 🌟 We post in English almost every day, and we hope our updates will be helpful and fun for wrestling fans around the world. 🌍💫 We’d love to have you follow us and join the community! 🙌 #tjpw

This OVA goes to some wild places in the last 20 minutes. Also the characters were designed by Kenichi Sonoda of Gunsmith Cats fame.

Apparently they made Harukanaru Ring phone cards. I wonder what other merch is floating around out there?

Bought a bunch of Japanese broadcast tapes & found some Sailor Moon premiers with commercials. The tape spans 2 weekends worth of broadcasts of Super S from 1995. Signal strength is weak, but It'll be on the internet archive soon. It's so cool this even plays. We're so close to losing this stuff.

HOORAY FOR MY NICE TRANS FRIENDS!!!

It's even more impressive because that is hands down one of the grossest looking burger I have ever seen. Dried out hockey-puck ass patties.

Happy birthday to Rumiko Takahashi. Prob my favorite mangaka.

I'm very rarely proud of the anime community but watching them roast the fuck out of crunchyroll warms my pirate weeb heart.

The first chapter of Cement Mari is uploaded! It's off to a wild start. mangadex.org/chapter/dc7b... #Joshi #manga

Oh and like Harukanaru Ring, I found Cement Mari because of an upload to archive.org. It truly is a modern library of alexandria and they can always use cash if you got some bucks to spare.

Hey folks NGL I was a little depressed after finishing HK Ring but after taking a month off I'm back on my bullshit. I'm working on translating Cement Mari which is like HK Ring's evil sexploitation cousin. First chapter hopefully will be out in early August!

I've been looking for a new project and it's a toss up between the Jurassic Park manga or sexploitation wrestling manga Cement Mari. What do y'all think?

Here's one last bit of bonus content that was supposed to go at the end of chapter 34!

Final Chapter: Everything You Got is up! I have a lot of feelings about finishing that I will post about later, but for right now all I have to say is "Thanks for reading!" mangadex.org/chapter/4843... #manga #joshi

Chapter 34: Crush her is up! I can't believe there is only one chapter left before the end! mangadex.org/chapter/2812... #joshi #manga

Next chapter is in the can and getting lettered as we speak. It's a banger! Check out chibi Bull Nakano and Kyoko Inoue! #Joshi #manga

Can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate @archive.org more and more as time passes. Increasingly rely on being able to go back and read things that have otherwise since rotted off the internet.

1991 AJPW tryouts. I'm pretty sure Nakamura-sensei was either here or used this footage as references for Chapters 2 and 3. www.youtube.com/watch?v=If1f... #joshi #manga

what she said! #illustration #sailormoon

Chapter 33: These Feelings is out! Only two more chapters to go! mangadex.org/chapter/88b8... #joshi #manga

Next chapter is real special! FULL COLOR PAGES! A kind patron tracked down the original magazine issue and we got some high-quality scans of the color pages. Sadly it's very rare for a tankōbon to pay for color printing, so a lot of these beautiful panels are mostly lost to time.

We got some bonus content for you! Here's some notes from Nakamura-sensei where he calls out anti-Mexican racism! #joshi #manga

Chapter 31: This Sucks! is out! mangadex.org/chapter/0f0b... #johsi #manga

These ball candies are bottom-tier shit. Like the kind of candy obachans carry in their purses. I went with mint to convey that it's not even GOOD candy. #manga #joshi
