Gophers m/w hockey sweep. Gophers beat Iowa for Floyd. Wild sweep a back-to-back. Vikings still undefeated. Wolves still undefeated. No Sunday scariest there.

First Wild win for Calvin Pickard in net, who was solid especially at the start and finish of the game.

Wild broadcast sticking with the feed (not going to commercials) at the first media timeout to show the in-arena video tribute to Quinn Hughes.

Quinn Hughes takes a check along the boards drawing cheers. He's also booed when he touches the puck. Vancouver buzzing all over the Wild zone to start.

Wild have allowed six goals in two games. All six* on the PK. *technically five, but a power play had just expired on a goal in Edmonton.

Aggressive push from the Wild the last two minutes with the extra attacker but couldn't find the equalizer. Wild 0-1-1 so far on the trip.

Wild drop a 2-1 decision to Calgary. Special teams again: Wild 0/4 PP, Flames 2/4 PP. McCarron with the Wild goal. Cooley was cool in net for the Flames.

Wild coming into tonight had allowed 3 PPGs in nine games. Wild's PK, which has been solid to start the season, allowed 3 PPGs to Edmonton tonight.

Oilers win it 4-3 in OT. Basically 4 PPGs tonight for Edmonton. Wild come back from two down in the third. Hartman gets his first of the year. Wild are 0-2 in OT games this season.

Kirill Kaprizov is named the NHL's Third Star of the Week. He scored four goals and three assists in four games and leads the league with 10 goals this season.

Wild roster update ahead of the five-game road trip, per Hynes: -Foligno brothers will not travel to start the trip -Maatta, Spurgeon and Sturm will travel to start the trip
