Wanted in Mexico for kidnapping his daughter and fleeing to the United States, Mexican illegal alien and fugitive Daniel Cervantes Moctezuma was arrested by ICE Los Angeles last week. He is now in removal proceedings. His daughter was safely reunited with her mother.

📺WATCH: Bodycam video shows local law enforcement arresting three alleged Facebook Marketplace robbers in Tennessee. ICE previously reported all three suspects are illegal aliens. Detainers have been lodged against them with the Williamson County Jail to prevent their release into the community.

ICE arrested Victor Soseia Hachipan in Keizer, Oregon, after Marion County Jail failed to honor an ICE detainer and released him from back into the community. Hachipan has prior state convictions for 2nd-degree sex abuse, meth possession and 2nd-degree burglary.

ICE deported Isaias Camacho-Caballero to Mexico following his arrest during a joint operation in Mississippi. His criminal history includes: ➡️Battery in Tampa, FL. ➡️DUI-related hit & run in Chattanooga, TN. Camacho-Caballero was previously removed in 2014 before illegally reentering the country.

🚨ICE HSI arrested Jesus Israel Garcia Cobarruvias, an illegal alien from Mexico. The arrest stems from an August incident in which Garcia allegedly accelerated his vehicle toward ICE officers, injured an officer, damaged a government vehicle and then fled the area.

ICE deported Alexis Figueroa after encountering him at a local jail in Pitt County, N.C., following his arrest for allegedly assaulting law enforcement. Figueroa was deported to Mexico in 2023 but illegally reentered the U.S.

Our federal partners apprehended Jesus Camarillo Reyes along with seven others in Arizona Sept. 6. He refused to cooperate during his interview but admitted to being a Mexican illegal alien. His convictions: DUI, drugs, illegal entry and crimes against a person. ICE removed him.

ICE Los Angeles officers arrested criminal alien Martin Vargas-Sandoval, of Mexico, a registered sex offender convicted of possession or control of child sex abuse material. He’ll remain in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.

Cuban national and Guatemalan citizen Fernando Armando Valdes Perez infiltrated and reported on Cuban exile and dissident communities in Latin America and the U.S. since the 1990s. He was arrested in Florida by ICE Miami and deported Aug. 7 after fraudulently obtaining lawful status.

Jesus Maltos-Chacon is a Mexican criminal illegal alien wanted for homicide and vehicular manslaughter in the death of 20-year-old Blake Zieto in Baton Rouge, LA. He has previous convictions for DUI and assault and an October 2006 deportation order.

ICE Miami and their Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office 287g partners arrested Cuban criminal alien Roberto Gonzalez-Fonseca. Previously convicted of ARMED ROBBERY and COCAINE POSSESSION, he was arrested for cocaine possession again in Florida earlier this year. He was ordered removed in 2010.
