*Dak takes a terrible sack* Troy: Well that looked brutal. When interior protection breaks down you have to trust your guys to have your back, team cohesion just falls apart when you can't rely on those next to you Joe: You never deserved the hall, Troy

Fun fact: only 44% of the Chiefs' offensive plays last night happened in Seahawks territory. The furthest they ever got was the Seahawks 27-yard line (incomplete pass followed by field goal.)

At his current career pace, JSN is on track to surpass Steve Largent’s career yardage/TD totals sometime in year 11 (age 31) btw

JSN Triple Crown Watch: Receptions: 58 (1st by 9) Yards: 867 (1st by 241) TDs: 8 (1st by 2)

Update: we have not talked about Abe Lucas even once, and Emanuel Wilson is averaging 4.3 yards per attempt

Best case scenario is that this also stabilises Lucas — but regardless, it's a welcome extra 20lbs of mass (compared to Haynes/Stephens) in the run game

EDGEs who might be available at the trade deadline, in descending order of Seahawk: - Tuli Tuipulotu (2027 FA, Chargers are bad and inexplicably have not extended him) - YaYa Diaby (2027 FA, Bucs are bad and in cap hell) - Rashan Gary (2028 FA, Cowboys are bad and in cap purgatory)

It would be nice to learn on Sunday that the Chiefs are not as good (overall) and the Seahawks are not as bad (specifically offensively) as either currently appears. Both could well be true!
