The question any decent American must be asking himself (or, of course, herself) is: ”When will this insanity called Trump come to an end”? After 2020, it seemed he was done for good, and yet, he returned with vengeance (literally).

Now, in his second term, the damage he’s causing to the world is much more significant, making the question even more urgent and relevant. Fortunately, even he cannot escape age, and his time will eventually run out. However, the destruction he's caused will last long after he's gone.

Four years. How many more dead, injured, orphans and widows will this insanity bring? Europe should have sent soldiers into Ukraine right from the start. It didn’t, and so we are all stuck in an endless, horrendous conflict that doesn’t seem to have an end. The tragedy of being too cautious.

The most obvious, and yet shocking and sickening about Trump and his administration, is the total lack of shame and accountability. These two pillars of any functioning democracy have been obliterated and forgotten, to the detriment of the West and the US society.
