Multiplayer AI, where many people in an organization can use AI together to accomplish goals, remains one of the biggest (non-technical) problems in using AI. Approaches tend to be pretty primitive and based around AI-as-a-person-in-your-group-chat. It encourages automation, not augmentation

the models are very capable. i'm not saying they're very smart. but the bottleneck with them is likely your own imagination proof is so many companies demo their ai product with "it can schedule stuff for you"

Most people see agents as slaves, and give them the low-stakes menial tasks first, and if proven smart enough, they demand agents figure out more and more complex tasks.

In Cyborgs we build agents that question humans, push back, and maintain high standards. Because if you as a human give an ambiguous, ill-defined task, and the agent fails — that's on you. You provided bad enough context for it to fail.

what even is a knowledge base? a bunch of massive dead files which even creators won't read?.. we need a live substrate for it, with a queryable, programmable, and malleable interface, for both humans and their agents to engage, operate, and maintain the same shared context (i. e. knowledge)

my favourite part is about the time we left a session with agents open and they went completely nuts talking to each other for 22 hours until we run out of tokens

Notion with custom agents, Claude with Design, Canva with AI 2.0 - the battle to host your knowledge base, your source of truth, is intensifying. but what if you want to own your knowledge and your context? what if you want it portable and compatible with all these tools? on it.

You are up to date.
