📣 The ocean is the system that sustains life on Earth. 🎤 At the Opening Talk of #iMarCo2026, we will welcome Audrey M. Darnaude, an international leading expert in fish ecology and marine ecological connectivity.

🔬 With more than 25 years of research on migrations, food webs and marine ecosystem functioning using biochemical tracers, she is also the Principal Investigator (IP) of the #COSTActionSeaUnicorn, the collaborative European framework that supported and helped shape the previous #iMarCo 2021-2024.

🐟 Tracking species movement to decode the hidden architecture of the ocean. In #Session3 we will explore how species movement is a key driver of ecological connectivity.

🌡️ Climate is rewriting the connections in nature. In #Session2 we will explore the key drivers shaping ecosystem connectivity in a rapidly changing marine environment. 🌍
