Something you may not have thought about with trump's China trip. The time change with the US is 12-16 hours difference. How is a 79 year old in his condition, going to be able to handle such a time change. That dufuss will be taking 2X+ drugs that he normally takes on a daily basis.

“Karoline, on the campaign trail trump stated no more wars. 8 mths ago he said Iran’s nuclear capability was obliterated. Now a war has been started with Iran, and the only justification I can come up with is Bibi threatened to release Epstein material he had on Trump. Is that a fair assessment?

@nickbaumgardner.bsky.social terrion Arnold in the news?

trump awards Team USA goalie Connor Hellebuyck the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Be aware that Connor's employer in the NHL us a Canadian team. Also, the is no evidence trump has ever attended either a professional or college hockey game. Just in case you believe the award is not political theater

This just in Bluesky…your favorite politicians are not going to vote exactly how you want them to, on every single one of the items on your person agenda. For example, “I like what she’s saying here, but did you see how she voted on this other item?”

@repangiecraig.bsky.social, @smith.senate.gov, @amyklobuchar.com. Live in Angie's district where construction of both single and multi-family dwellings has been significant. The past 2 days that activity has ceased. I'm guessing it's the same in the districts of your GOP peers. You know why, stop it

@smith.senate.gov what is the Senate going to do about the apparent illegal war and regime change being conducted by this administration and US military, in Venezuela?

@amyklobuchar.com what is the Senate going to do about the apparent illegal war and regime change, occurring under the current administration and US military in Venezuela?

@repangiecraig.bsky.social what action is Congress going to take on what appears to be an illegal war in Venezuela by the US military, and regime change, in Venezuela?

@amyklobuchar.com @smith.senate.gov, your Dem colleagues better not vote for whatever is currently going-on with respect to the shutdown. If they do, and the shutdown ends as a result of it, I will not vote for any Dem that runs for Senate in MN. That includes those running for your slot Tina.

@amyklobuchar.com, @smith.senate.gov, I am a constituent and have voted for both in your Senate campaigns. Without fail. The next go-around, you are going to have to earn my vote. Yes I know I just one person. But, voting again to have Schumer as the party’s head in the Senate, is a horrible start.

Costco…a place that gives its customers an in-store opportunity to push (drive) the carts, as if they owned a BMW or Tesla…🤷🏼‍♂️

Snowed slightly less than 1 inch last night, just enough to cover the roads. The city I live in thought it was necessary to break-out the snowplows. The snow will melt when the sun comes up. Only reason for the city’s action, is to remind to question why are they doing it, on an annual basis.

I am a bit uneasy about Biden pardoning his son. All things considered however, I understand why he did it. My hope is Biden has taken it upon himself to do all he can for his constituents as well, as he heads out the door. Right now, I am uneasy about that as well.

Just in…due to proposed tariff increases on Canadian, Chinese and Mexican goods, the great deals you were expecting for Black Friday shopping, have been rescinded. The good news is that now stores may not be as crowded as in years past.

What the …. I haven’t seen my name on any “Bluesky starter pack.”

Why is it so many seemingly come to this site, beg for followers with the promise to follow you back, and then don’t do it? Are they all of a sudden so, so busy, that they haven’t found the time? Or gotten around to it? Or is it truly just a “one way street?”

Something to consider - it’s okay not to be surprised by every announced potential addition to the trump administration. After 8-9 years we know the type of person he is, and the type of people he surrounds himself with. To expect an out of character for him selection, is a waste of time and thought

There are an estimated 4,000-10,000 religions in the world. To narrow it down a bit, which one of the religions has the “best” God? Is no religion but still can believe in God, an option? Or do they have to go together? Just trying to the determine the way I should proceed going forward. 😉

Since it’s deer hunting season in the Midwest. This buck was about 15-20 ft from my wife last week, while on her walk. She said it was probably the closest she’s ever been to a deer in the wild.

Make America Great Again? Hmm…is that the period of time throughout the nation’s history, in which having one’s own and/or having been on television shows, WAS NOT among the key considerations in being named to lead key Departments in the US Government.

Fiber-optic cable being installed in our ‘hood. 8am-dark, 6 days a wk, much of it done with shovels. The effort the crew has put in looks exhausting. I donated a few tools to them that I was going to toss. Same crew everyday, and I am guessing not one “I’ve lost my job to them” MAGA in the group

Back in September, trump promised to cut both electricity and gasoline prices by 50% in ‘25. That would put electricity rates at early 1980s levels, gasoline prices to what they were 21 years ago. That would be exciting, were both not impossible to achieve.

When you sign up for Blusky, one makes choices about topics they would like to see. Is there anyone that knows how to change those choices? No offense to anyone’s likes, but for example: I am not a cat person; and while books are fine, I like only certain genres, and prefer listening to them.

FCC Chair proposed by trump. Some thoughts and FYI: - FCC has 5 members - Political party of Chairman is that of the POTUS - Carr the senior Republican on current FCC under Biden. As a result, Carr being announced not a surprise - Should go through as he’s “known”, not as “out there” as other picks
