With the new resources at her disposal; She worked to find a way to revive her Daredevil. Knowing what she's done, He wanted nothing to do with her. Not knowing it's not his choice to make. This Daredevil is nothing but a symbiote-infused clone, who's forcefully co-dependent on her.

Additional info; 1610M Arachnette killed her Luz/Phantom-Spider, as she tried to stop her. And she was the symbiote used for Daredevil's cloning. Luz aka Phantom-Spider is the first symbiote-hybrid clone*
