Stephen Miller needs to face jail time alongside every one of these ICE pieces of shit.
On Saturday, US citizen Ricardo Gonzalez was reportedly hit by an unmarked federal vehicle, tased twice by ICE agents and then handcuffed while face down in the gutter screaming that his arm was broken. Read more from @brandonrichardson.bsky.social on the Watchdog. lbwatchdog.com/ice-assaulte...

Unsurprising to our team. We're doing our best to make sure voters are aware of his background but need to raise more to actually place reservations for our forthcoming ad. Anything helps: secure.actblue.com/donate/caitl...
Can we start tossing billionaires into the sea, and just divvy up the loot?
Ellison is also one of the most vocal proponents of mass surveillance. Larry Ellison has repeatedly called for the installation of ubiquitous, AI-backstopped surveillance for every (non-billionaire) person in the world, calling this "supervision":
The downside to having my first name @ Gmail is that other people accidentally sign me up for stuff every day. The upside is that AI can't possibly have any idea who I am.
The AI-generated "I'm a really nice person doing good things and I'm writing to you to ask for cash" emails are now coming at the rate of dozens per day.
@sarahlongwell25.bsky.social and @danpfeiffer.bsky.social, I enjoyed Saturday's conversation (FG Pod). Dan's great, and the two of you have good chemistry. YouTube on television must be a generational thing - only in hotels. I've also never watched a podcast. YT is for major appliance repairs...
2nd try at Outlier: I found a Rarity-64 word worth 87 pts in OUTLIER. EAGLE EYES · 789 points · 10 rare words. Only 14 players have ever found it in all of Outlier. 3 finds no one else found today. OUTLIER: the daily word hunt where the rarest words win. Can you beat me? playoutlier.com/s/DQN3AB
@strictscrutiny.bsky.social which of you does the cooking (love the zucchini spaghetti recipe, BTW)? Is this the corn salmon soup? cooking.nytimes.com/article/corn...
I've worked with some pretty rich people, not billionaire or trillionaire rich, but hundreds of millions rich, and the money just sort of breaks 'em. They stop listening, stop taking advice, and slowly start to think they can do no wrong, that they're above it all.
"People are really mad and however mad you are, it’s not enough. Because there is something so profound about no longer believing in the future, about seeing no value in our shared home, in the natural world. They’re traitors to creation.” www.theguardian.com/books/2026/s...
I'm not a Montana voter, but I am a resident of the west, which is literally on fire, and would gladly vote for @samforstag.bsky.social. He gave a great interview on Pod Save America. I was also on a contract crew over 30 years ago. FS crews were better trained and less expensive. Same as today.

@profmmurray.bsky.social I appreciated the riverfront riot referrence in today's episode, as well as finally hearing a critique of @abdulelsayed.bsky.social that has nothing to do with Hassan Piker! I think MI should vote for him, but he 100% needs better formed positions on court reform.
Their AI makes kiddie porn and deep fakes. These idiot kids were always in over their heads. They never knew enough to know they had no idea what they were doing. Same with their idiot boss and our idiot President. The entire administration never once raised their hands in school. Not one of them.
The DOGE kids laughed at these entreaties, saying that once Musk had perfected "General AI" we wouldn't need cancer research, because their tame AI god would cure cancer. 28/
Click to Cancel is fantastic policy. I'd also like to see Delete by Default. If I don't confirm my email address, I didn't enter it, so delete it. Don't save it, don't sell it, no password resets, just delete it. There are so many simple, common sense policies, that we should be implementing.
Under Click to Cancel, companies are required to create one-click workflows to cancel subscriptions and memberships, ending the pernicious, incredibly profitable practice of trapping people with impossible-to-halt recurring billings. 46/
@doctorow.pluralistic.net enjoyed your interview with Brooke Gladstone. As someone who's been in tech since the '90s, I'm an AI skeptic. Who is the artist you mentioned who taught writing through drawing? That caught my ear.
@abdulelsayed.bsky.social enjoy a follow from Oregon.
