I don't feel like announcing big news on my social media. For some reason, this gives me the "ick" (even though on occasion I do, or rather need to, for self-aggrandization). But, I can't sit with it. My success/wins or anything I achieve makes me uncomfortably cringed. 😣

Hiring world-class engineers & experts are actually much harder. Even with all the tools, you're looking for the quality in their brain — not just how they build. When hiring STEM-based folks, ask them: “Show me how this gets done.” “How would you reverse engineer it?”
